LOS ANGELES (December 1, 2021) – Hospitality Fund, a nonprofit, is the new owner of Food + Travel. Hospitality Fund will still create its award-winning events including Donut Fest, Chef Battle, Bartender Battle, Say Cheese Fest to help raise money for the hospitality industry. The decision was made by leadership to continue its mission to inspire food and drink lovers to not only try something new, but help give back to a community that we all love.
Events will come back in 2022 due to a pause in safety for guests and staff. The first event will be Donut Fest Atlanta on February 6, 2022 following Donut Fest Austin on February 20, 2022. The Spring season will follow with Donut Fest Minneapolis and Donut Fest Orlando in April with more events to come announced at a later date.
What’s Different Now That You’re Hospitality Fund?
Short answer: Nothing. We’ve always supported charities over the years. We just will have more flexibility behind the scenes to make a direct impact on how those funds are being used.
